Read Faster provides speed reading training through RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology and related educational content. The Service includes:

•Progress tracking and analytics
•Content packs for various reading domains
•Adjustable reading speed settings (200-800 WPM)

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully before purchasing or using the Service.

a.Research-Based Figures: The improvement figures cited on our website (such as 40-70% improvement) are derived from peer-reviewed scientific studies and represent outcomes observed in controlled research settings. These figures are NOT guarantees of results you will achieve.
b.Individual Variation: Your results will depend on many factors including your baseline reading ability, the amount of time and effort you invest in training, your consistency of practice, and your individual aptitude for speed reading techniques.
c.No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific improvement in reading speed, comprehension, or any other measurable outcome. Some users may see significant improvement, while others may see modest or no improvement.
d.Testimonials: Any testimonials or user stories featured on our website represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. They should not be interpreted as promises of similar outcomes.
e.Educational Nature: The Service provides educational training and is not a substitute for professional instruction, tutoring, or remediation of reading difficulties or disorders.

4. Purchases and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read this section carefully before making any purchase.

a.One-Time Purchases: All content pack purchases are one-time payments that provide lifetime access to the purchased content. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
b.No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

—Dissatisfaction with the content or methodology
—Failure to achieve expected or desired results
—Accidental or duplicate purchases
—Change of mind after purchase
—Incompatibility with your device (please check requirements before purchasing)

c.Try Before You Buy: We provide 10 free lessons in the Foundations, Building Speed, and Advanced Mastery packs so you can evaluate the Service before making any purchase. We strongly encourage you to complete these free lessons to determine if our methodology works for you before purchasing additional content.
d.Technical Issues Exception: The only exception to our no-refund policy is for verified technical issues that completely prevent access to purchased content and that we are unable to resolve within 30 days of being notified. In such cases, contact us at support@tryreadfaster.app.
e.App Store Purchases: Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' respective refund policies. Any refund requests must be directed to the platform through which you made the purchase.

b.No Liability for Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READ FASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
c.Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
d.No Liability for Results: We are not liable for any failure to achieve improved reading speed, comprehension, or any other desired outcome from using the Service.
e.No Reliance on Marketing: You acknowledge that any decision to purchase or use the Service was made based on your own judgment and not in reliance on any marketing materials, testimonials, or representations beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

•Copy, redistribute, or share purchased content with others
•Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
•Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
•Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
•Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase requirements
•Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—are owned by Read Faster or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of content packs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Content Disclaimer

The content provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be used as a substitute for:

•Professional reading instruction or remediation
•Diagnosis or treatment of learning disabilities
•Academic tutoring or test preparation from qualified educators
•Professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Deletion of your account does not entitle you to any refund of purchased content.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
